The ivory ground is almost totally covered by a dense herati pattern balanced in all directions. Of the seven patterned borders, the central ivory turtle palmette stripes most visually apparent. There are almost too many Agra herati carpets to decide amongst them, but keep in mind that an exact size and color can be found, especially in so complete an inventory as ours.
